Will Starts Dental School!
Will started his first year of dental school at the University of Maryland Baltimore a few weeks ago. So far he has met some great friends (several of which are Christians), and has immediately started a great deal of studying and work. This is going to be a long four years for the both of us!
Will also had his first quiz (and received a 100%...shocking :). I am very proud of my genius hubby :).

Revilla Family Visit
The weekend of August 22, Will and I were lucky enough to have my mom, dad and Michelle visit from Vermont. They made the 8 hour drive to come see us from Thursday-Tuesday. We had so much fun showing them around Baltimore, and introducing them to our little Diggy (who loved the attention). We spent Friday at the salon where my mom, Michelle, and even my dad were pampered:). We were also treated to many meals out, as well as A LOT of ice cream :) (Thanks mom and dad!) We already miss them and can't wait for the next visit!

One Year Anniversary! This past Saturday was mine and Will's one year anniversary. To celebrate we headed off to Assateague Island. It is technically in Maryland, but it feels like a world of its own! No homes are allowed on this island that juts out into the water. This is meant to preserve its natural state. We camped, went to the STUNNING beach, and on our last day, visited the Ocean City boardwalk, a very touristy fun area. The Island of Assateague is known for its wild horses. The horses roam all over the campsites, beaches, etc. It is pretty cool. We brought Diggy with us, and he absolutely loved the camping experience. We let him off the leash all weekend for him to explore. We were pleasantly surprised at how good he is off leash, never leaving us! He also LOVES the ocean; jumping in the water and playing in the sand. He developed a funny habit of digging himself a hole to lay in haha. All in all we had a FANTASTIC anniversary. We remembered our top tier cake and some champagne from our honeymoon that we saved for morning mimosas! Marriage is great :). | |

Employed!!!!!
I thought I should announce to the world that I have a job!!!
I will be working full time as a stylist at All About Me salon and dayspa. From the moment I walked in, I knew I wanted to be there. It is adorable inside, both upbeat and low key, as well as classy and fun.
I had an interview on Tuesday where I preformed a demonstration highlight and cut on a model they brought in. To my surprise I found that the model is a christian. I ended up with a church recommendation (Will and I are in search of a church) that I am so excited to try out, and a job! I can't wait to make women all over Baltimore feel beautiful :).

Congratulations Jason and Cynthia!!!!!!
Will and I are so excited to welcome Cynthia into our family. She is super sweet and crazy about Jason. What more do you need to know?
Jason proposed to Cynthia on Singing Beach with a picnic and champagne (how romantical). Her ring is stunning, and so will Cynthia be as a bride!
We can't wait for June 11th, 2010 :)
Everything has finally been coming together! Here is our $20 Big Lots find, the zebra rug. Being very trendy, we were hoping to find a cheap one so that we didn't feel guilty when we didn't want to use it down the road....boy did we find the right price!!! The brown chair was also found in a free pile outside of our apartment-we simply recovered with fabric from wal-mart. Decorating with little money is actually fun for us-it's like a mission!!
Here is our $25 dollar Craig's List dining table (that Zipper is illegally laying on). Only thing missing? Chairs! That's next on our list.
